The Province of Mary the Mother of God ministers through six parishes, one quasi-parish, one full-fledged chapel, and one Mass centre, several of which also have a number of smaller substations attached to them. Through these pastoral centres, the friars accompany the faithful with the celebration and administration of the sacraments, the Eucharist, catechetical instruction, preaching, pastoral visitation, and spiritual guidance.
The six parishes of the Province are:

Our Lady of Good Counsel Church — Sion, Mumbai
St. Francis of Assisi Church — WCL, Umred, Nagpur, Maharashtra
St. Francis Church — Basen, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh
St. Francis Church — Nanesera, Jharkhand
St. Anthony's Church — Malom Noatoli, Jharkhand
